TRAC Log is a tool for Teacher Reflection on their Agency for Change used in research and professional inquiry projects to understand how teachers use and build their support networks to address complex challenges in education such as inequality, inclusion of increasingly diverse student populations, sustainability or disruptions and crisis.

TRAC log was developed in collaboration between researchers and practitioners to combine research insights with users’ perspectives about what really matters in their professional contexts.
